What is the return policy?
My goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let me know and contact me through my email. I can arrange a free return or arrange an exchange :)
When will I get my order?
I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information and a tracking number courtesy of Royal Mail. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Who makes your products?
Your products are being handmade by me, the owner of Lelie’s studio :) I sew each and every one of the products from the beginning of the process (sourcing the second hand shirts) right to the end (packaging your orders.) I wanted Lelie’s studio to have that personal touch!!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location. Baskets over £50 will be free of charge for the UK. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. I am also working hard to create business discounts with mailing companies, especially regarding international shipping, so hopefully, the more this business grows, the cheaper shipping will become!!
